Ordering & Proofs

Every print order receives a free digital proof before production. We never print until you approve the proof in writing (WhatsApp or email). Review your proof carefully - colors, text, and dimensions - as the approved proof is the final reference for production.

Color note: on-screen colors may differ slightly from the final printed result due to the nature of printing processes and materials.

Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery, InstaPay, and bank transfer. Custom orders require a 50% deposit before production begins, with the balance due on delivery. Payment details are confirmed with you via WhatsApp or email after order confirmation.

Shipping & Delivery

We deliver in Alexandria and across all Egyptian governorates via courier. Production times vary by product - your expected delivery date is confirmed with your quote or order confirmation. Free pickup from our Alexandria facility is also available if you prefer, though courier delivery to your door is usually easier.

Shipping fees are calculated by governorate and order size, and are shown before you confirm your order.

Returns, Reprints & Refunds

Custom-printed products (made with your design or business details) cannot be returned or exchanged - this is the nature of custom printing worldwide. Your quality, however, is our responsibility:

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or that differs from the approved proof, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos via WhatsApp or info@formeprintpack.com. After review, we will reprint your order free of charge or issue a refund - entirely at our expense.

Errors present in the approved proof (typos, incorrect details) are not considered manufacturing defects.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order any time before proof approval and the start of production, with a full refund of any amounts paid. Once printing has started, cancellation is not possible as the product is custom-made for you.
