Formé Print & Pack ("Formé") provides printing, design, and packaging services. By using our website or requesting our services, you agree to these terms.

Services & Pricing

All our services are quote-based. Prices shown on the website are estimates and may vary based on quantities and specifications. Final quotes are provided after reviewing order details. There are no online transactions currently - all payments are handled directly.

Delivery

Delivery timelines are specified in the quote and depend on the type of work and quantity. Formé makes every effort to meet deadlines but is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Intellectual Property

Clients retain ownership of their original designs. Designs created by Formé become the client's property upon full payment. Clients are responsible for ensuring submitted files do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.

Warranty & Returns

Formé guarantees print quality. If there is a printing defect, we will reprint at no charge. Returns due to change of mind are not accepted as products are custom-made.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes are first resolved amicably. If no agreement is reached, jurisdiction falls under the courts of Alexandria, Arab Republic of Egypt.
